"I feel great inside and out!"

Playing softball helped keep Lincoln, Nebraska, native Shannon Moore, 31, a slim and 6 in high school, but his weight started creeping up after she landed an office job. Attached to her office, she has never exercised - and she began to order a pizza or a giant burrito for lunch. "I ate everything more convenient," he said. "I never thought about nutrition." Six months later, she was 10 kilos less.
