At age 12, Florida Frijol moved with his family in Hermosa, Mexico to Tucson, where she discovered fast food. "I giants all," he said. "I knew that if I went there, I would never go back," he said. In three months, we turned to four days a week. Since books gradually loosened, threw trays by adding strength training and Umbra, cycling and kickboxing into your routine twice a week. After five years of minor changes in August 2005, left 125 pounds.

Now, a size 4, Florida is thrilled to wear cute clothes that felt too tight in college, and has more confidence too. "I love bikinis and I look good in them!" He said. "With my body in the best shape, I finally feel at peace with myself."
